Train the Trainer

A 4-day course for aviation professionals who teach. You learn how adults learn, design a course, and then teach twice in front of the group, with feedback each time.

Day 1
Learn
Day 2
Teach 5 min
Day 3
Prepare
Day 4

Practiced before assessed

The 5-minute session on Day 2 is a practice run with feedback, so the final session is never your first attempt.

02
IFOA Certificate of Completion

Issued when you pass the final presentation.

Who it's for

  • New and current instructors
  • Subject matter experts who teach
  • Training and OCC staff
  • Aviation professionals moving into training

Two ways to take it

01

Open course

Join a scheduled course with instructors from other operators. You'll teach in front of a mixed, international group.

02

In-house

We run the course at your base for your own instructors. Teaching practices use your own training topics.
