Flight Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer Training

ICAO states that an Air Operator is responsible for the operational control of its flights and only recognizes flight dispatch systems using Flight Dispatchers/Flight Operations Officers as the means to control and supervise flights in Annex 6, Part 1, Chapter 3.

Chapter 4 of Annex 6 describes the duties of Flight Dispatchers/Flight Operations Officers while Chapter 10 of Annex 6 describes the training and qualification requirements for Flight Dispatchers/Flight Operations Officers.

Chapter 10 also recognizes ICAO Doc 10106 Manuals on Flight Operations Officers/ Flight Dispatcher Competencies-Based Training and Assessment as the standard training resource for the Member States to develop their own Flight Dispatcher/Flight Operations Officer training regulations.

The International Flight Operations Academy designed and developed a top-notch quality and highly efficient CBTA Initial, Recurrent and Advanced training programs for Flight Dispatcher/Flight Operational Officer that not only fulfill the learning prerequisite of the ICAO Doc 10106 but above all provide you with the most robust competencies to required to ensure that the flight operations are carried out safely, efficiently and on the environment-friendly manner.
